The agents came and checked our home network setup and connectivity. They did rearrange part of the configuration, as well as make suggestions for future updates. Overall, they were extremely helpful and I was very satisfied with their work.

The Geek guy got my internet connection issue solved quickly and perfectly. He was entirely professional and did an outstanding job for me. I was running about 30 and he got my speed up to 400 which is what it should be. I was extremely pleased with the service.

Joshua was very efficient and professional. He did a great job installing the system and an even better one explaining it to us.

The Agents installed our new wireless WiFi equipment. They checked to make sure all tv’s and other devices were connected to the new WiFi extenders. Everything worked great. They were courteous and followed all the COVID-19 guidelines. Excellent job!!

Most things I set up myself, but in the case of a new modem and wi-fi I want to make sure everything is working perfectly. The Geek Squad staff are courteous and very knowledgeable. They made sure that all my devices were properly connected to the new system and ran a speed test to make sure I was getting what I paid for.

The Geek Squad did a great job of diagnosing and fixing my WiFi coverage and connectivity issues. We were really struggling with getting strong wifi working throughout the house. The Geek Squad did a great job fixing the problem. We've had no issues since.
