LAUREN was very efficient, professional, and friendly. She quickly established the Orbi setup for my home and took time to make sure that all of my devices worked with the wireless internet. When I had trouble with one a few days later, she returned to help my troubleshoot the issue, which was resolved quickly.

Easy to set up, excellent coverage , but expensive

The geek squad technician installed the new wifi box in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything he did. Answered all our questions . Outstanding service.

The agent removed my old inoperable MacBook Pro from my Wi Fi setup and eliminated the problems i was having with iCloud due to uninstalled updates needed in the MacBook Pro Laptop.

We know a little about computers but, unfortunately, don't know what we don't know. We decided to spend the extra $ to have our new modem/extender set up and so glad we did. Our representative was more than helpful and also answered every question I had - no matter how dumb. We buy our tech gadgets from Best Buy because of their great support.

My geek squad people were great, They diagnosed my broken equipment in 5 minutes. It was brand new but out of warranty. I had 3 different companies try to install the new modem/router not realizing it was broken from the beginning. Buy geek squad and have them instal everything as soon as you get it. Lesson learned
