The agent was very knowledgeable and thorough. After explaining my problem, it took him only 2 seconds to recognize the problem and get my system up and running. I have had some talented technicians from geek squad in the past that provided excellent service but none can top this last visit.

The agent arrived on time and proceeded to set up my wi-fi properly. I had an Orbi I was using as a range extender that wasn’t syncing properly with my newly replaced Verizon router.

Had new Netgear AX8 router installed as it was more complicated than previous models. It is a much more powerful and sophisticated system. Installer was on time, professional and got everything setup and got all of our devices setup and working on it. Worth the price of having it setup by a professional.

Mason did an extraordinary job of helping us with everything and ALL of our devices that needed attention due to our new wifi hardware. He was helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and very informative.

Best Buy and Geek Squad were great. WE WOULD NOT BUY "RING" AGAIN IF IT WERE FREE. Customer service at RING is non existent...their customer service is typical telemarketing.. They are still bleeding us for items that should have been part of the total cost. RING is a Joke.

Knew exactly what to do to clean-up my wi-fi routers.

The Geek Squad always calls before arrival and gives an approximate time. When arriving they get to work with good explanation of what's happening. I have used them several times with good results and this time was no exception. If you are challenged when it comes to the new technology, this is the way to go.

the geek squad came to my house to address WiFi dead spot issues in various parts of my house. I had bought some WiFi Mesh products for them to install and setup. Once the tech saw the Apple Airport Extreme eqpt. I had, he made a recommendation on how to fix the issue(s). This was exactly what I needed - issue(s) solved and money saved.

Geek Customer service Agent was most helpful when I brought in my computer for repair and when I picked up after the repair. Answered all my concerns. Unfortunately I don't remember the female agents name but want to let you know I appreciate her helping me.

The agents came and checked our home network setup and connectivity. They did rearrange part of the configuration, as well as make suggestions for future updates. Overall, they were extremely helpful and I was very satisfied with their work.

Reviewed my Wifi - and sold me a new modem and Mesh

On time, very knowlegable and technically competent. Installed a "mesh" 3 component Wi-Fi system and programmed our Mac and PC laptop computers & 2 printers. Everything has continued to function very nicely. We really appreciate the squad's recommendations, service, and technical competence.

The agent arrived on time to install my new router. He was very knowledgeable. He made sure all devices were operating correctly with the new router and was able to answer all my questions and concerns.

The agent installed and explained how to use my new printer and gave useful suggestions on getting the most out of the printer. Also follows covid precautions well and is courteous s well as friendly

Money well spent. For the first time in a long time everything works perfect from ok google to Xbox, Netflix, door locks, computers, security cameras , the list goes on. Thank you thank you thank you the installer was very professional and very good at what he does.

Typical great service from Best Buy geek squad. The tech was in an out of our home in no time as always, the geek squad tech was prompt, courteous and professional.

Geek squad is the greatest. They came in set up 3 tvs & wifi all with in 2 hours. Then had a problem and in 5 minutes they were gone. Great service for the price. Less worries for me,

The Agents installed our new wireless WiFi equipment. They checked to make sure all tv’s and other devices were connected to the new WiFi extenders. Everything worked great. They were courteous and followed all the COVID-19 guidelines. Excellent job!!

The technician addressed what he thought was the problem with our computer/internet. He said he would put all information in report on Best Buy’s system. We were told to take computer to BB the next morning & they would know all about issue. They did not.... said no notes in system. Finally found out there are two different systems. After many days of frustration we got the issue addressed.
