The Geek guy got my internet connection issue solved quickly and perfectly. He was entirely professional and did an outstanding job for me. I was running about 30 and he got my speed up to 400 which is what it should be. I was extremely pleased with the service.

The tech came early. My windows of service was 12-4 and tech called to ask if he could come early. No problem. He set every thing up and tested to make sure it was working like it should. Then he took the time to have me ask any questions about the units. Was here about 1 hour. Have had no problems at all.

Wanted to eliminate my service providers router with a mesh router system. Geek Squad came in and did an awesome installation. Made sure that all 15 network connected devices worked with the new router and switch box.

I scheduled the Geek Squad to come look at my home network and see what they could do to improve coverage and reliability. They recommended a mesh system and set everything up for me. They did great work and I couldn't be happier with the service. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Brian was very polite and informative. I figured out how to set up the modem & the routers before he came. I just couldn't reset the signal booster. He said we didn't need the signal booster, so he didn't help set it up.

The agent connected my fire stick to my TV and then coordinated all my devices that I needed done. They really went above and beyond the simple installation that I had, had trouble with connecting to my wifi. They figured it out. I'd call them again in a second to get it right the first time.
