Max installed my mesh network system with great efficiency and made sure it was booted up and running properly. He also noticed that I had my computer equipment installed on a power strip without surge protection.

They tried to help me with importing my appointment calendar into Outlook 2019, but I needed to contact Microsoft for further help. I was asked from the start as my subscription was coming due to renew with no hassles. I did that not realizing I had two months left till I had to renew. Geek Squad has helped me a lot and I am grateful for all their help and that is why I stay a member.

We are older adults and not very tech saavy so we had the Geek Squad come to our home to set up 3 wifi boosters and a new laptop. Our tech rep was Sean and he was so knowledgeable, kind, patient and wonderful educator. He was focused and completed his work very efficiently. We are grateful.

The Geek Squad member was very knowledgeable, efficient, and informative. It was a pleasure to work with him. But, most importantly, he knew in advance what I purchased from Best Buy, and knew what I was hoping to accomplish, and knew it was the wrong Wi-Fi equipment. So, when he came to do the installation, and saw the lay of the land, he suggested I switch. I agreed, and the system works great (and it was a few dollars less expensive). Outstanding!

A group of 4 arrived and I initially had doubts. 2 lead members of the team took charge, showed patience and explained every step to install and test my upgraded WiFi system from Best Buy. The demonstrated and convinced me to upgrade further to a mesh network system to optimize my WiFi signal coverage. They had me I.D. the sales rep on the 1st purchase so they could follow up with them about recommending mesh systems to in store customers with issues similar to my own. Very satisfied. A win-win-win for customer, Geek Squad, and in store sales (lessons learned)...

Two agents came to the house right on time and set out to work immediately to install the new Google Nest router and single point. After installation, they ran a speed test that showed I was over 100 mbps throughout the house. The new router solved the problem of my Sonos Sub cutting in and out and enabled the new Samsung TV in the bedroom to turn on right away versus having to keep hitting the on button repeatedly until it would finally turn on. Both techs were professional.

The agent was very polite, customer friendly, and knowledgeable about installing my wi-fi system and my printer. If he wasn't sure about something, he would contact his supervisor for guidance, as he was new to the job.
