Expert service by two youngsters with smarts beyond their years. Installation of a new rotor was done quickly and efficiently. They dpent most of their time making sure I had wi-fi service in every corner of my home. Cudos to Irelis Pimentel and Wilton Camilo.

The Geek Squad representative called in advance of his arrival to confirm the location and time of the appointment, set up our Google spot quickly and left everything in working order and all set up with our network.

Kevin Stevenson connected a router and modem for me then updated TV's, phone, etc with the new name and password. Everything is working very well. He was on time, courteous, efficient, seemed knowledgeable, and pleasant.

Agent set up our wifi mesh system very quickly without difficulty. He was very knowledgable and answered our questions about wifi speed, service, and expectations with our new mesh system.

Great people to work with. Fast setup. Answered all my questions and helped me with a couple of other issues. This is so much better than me fumbling around trying to get this stuff to work. I will use their services from now on. The price is cheap compared to the amount of time I would have spent . And it's done right.

The technician installed the mesh WiFi system quickly and correctly, then connected all our devices without any problems. He was knowledgeable, quick, courteous & friendly. We were so happy to have this done by a professional - worth every penny!!!!

Didn't quite turn out as well as I was told, but I do have the peace of mind that I can call if there are questions. They did say my wi-fi was strong & didn't need any tweaking, so maybe I was expecting more than they could do. I am still happy with the reps and the service. Computers and I just don't get along well.

Geek Squad member set up our home WiFi network using an eero mesh system bought from Best Buy. Wow, what a superb job he did! Would highly recommend using Geek Squad to handle complicated technology needs if you are not a techie guru.

The installer was awesome. Within one hour, he removed my old wireless equipment and replaced it with the new extenders. In addition, he configured the extenders to work near my house in the backyard.

They came to set up my wi fi. Unit could not be used here so these were unsuccessful trips. Very polite gentlemen, they are a credit to your store. But my only regret was for the cost of $105 which was to no avail.

Geek squad guys figured out why our internet was so slow (weak routers and massive interference from other wifi networks in the neighborhood), and helped set up a more powerful mesh router system that fixed the issue.

I love my items!!!! My internet - hotspot is tremendous!!!! And so are the boosters in our other rooms 11111

The Geek Squad person that came to my home was great. He worked diligently and set up my new router and modem so I have reliable WiFi. I appreciated his friendliness and clear Explanation of what he was doing as he worked.

The agent did a great job of taking care of our needs by getting our internet up and running again. He was prompt, pleasant, precise, did a great job of explaining what he did for us and cleaned up after himself.

Helped get my parents WiFi network back up and running. Big help when they are across the country and not the most technically literate folks.
