Agent set up our wifi mesh system very quickly without difficulty. He was very knowledgable and answered our questions about wifi speed, service, and expectations with our new mesh system.

My wifi setup experience was excellent. I purchased a Netgear Nighthawk AX1800 3pack mesh system. I has some problems setting it myself. The technician from the Geek Squad sorted out all the issues and the system is working perfectly.

Brady was very curteous and informed. He fixexed the problem with our Wi-Fi and showed us what to do if it happened again. The online person was useless. I recomend going through a local store. Not happy you don't take direct phone calls.

I was impressed with my experience ,(sort of ) considering I had plenty of experience with them .My tech was very good at setting up a mesh router network.He was an expert&technology flew past me.Worth the choice.

The products were mine; the Geeks connected them as I had, and the made them function properly, as I had not. and they were quite pleasant about it all. It was all virtually painless.

Geek Squad Ryan completed the install of the WIFI seamlessly, and he ensured all devices were connected. He was easy to chat with and knowledgeable in all electronics.

The installer was awesome. Within one hour, he removed my old wireless equipment and replaced it with the new extenders. In addition, he configured the extenders to work near my house in the backyard.

Most things I set up myself, but in the case of a new modem and wi-fi I want to make sure everything is working perfectly. The Geek Squad staff are courteous and very knowledgeable. They made sure that all my devices were properly connected to the new system and ran a speed test to make sure I was getting what I paid for.

The agents installed my eero system and explained how to use it. They also took time to make sure all the available devices were set up and functioning. They also made some recommendations for the TV and sound bar set up. Very pleased with their work and visit!
