We were having trouble with our internet service and the man from the Geek Squad was honest with us and didn't try to sell us anything. The service that we get is the problem so we are now persueing another avenue.

Luis Hernandez was great to work with. Informative, listens to the customer, makes great suggestions. He is interested in seeing the customer is happy and that all is in good working order.

The Geek crew installed and programmed the new Wi-Fi router that I bought quickly. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

The products were mine; the Geeks connected them as I had, and the made them function properly, as I had not. and they were quite pleasant about it all. It was all virtually painless.

The geek squad were very helpful. They did a great job of setting up my wifi system and even helped with a few questions I had on the TV we purchased prior from Best Buy. They are very polite and very knowledgable!

Agents came in to setup Wi-Fi, I had everything ready and running so they didn't do much for the $99. They did get me to buy eero, which was $500. I installed eero and agents just checked to make sure it was working. Probably no more Geek Squad for me

Geek Squad is great however, they only give you a am or pm time frame and that isn't easy when you work. They had to come twice because my remote wasn't working correctly. The customer service or scheduling line is not very helpful

Agent showed up on time and did a fast great job installing my new eero system. My internet covers the whole house now with a fast and reliable signal. I couldn't be happier!!!!

The agent set up my router and also brought my printer back online with my computer. Everything is in synch now and the agent was very helpful.

The Geek Squad tech ( George ) did a great job installing / setting up the new Router and cleaning up some old network issues that I had.

The Geek arrived on time, was very affable, and got our network up and running quickly. Made sure to connect all our devices and stayed to answer our questions. Have had no issues afterwards.

I have used the Geek Squad recently for technical assistance with my Sonos speakers set up and integrating other related products into my home entertainment system. Knowledgeable, on time, and courteous. The fact that BestBuy stands behind the work is an even greater incentive to utilize this service.

Our Agent was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He arrived and got right to work. He identified the problem and solved it. We were extremely satisfied.

The Geek Squad installed my wireless mash. Problem was resolved. The Greek squad setup and explained the service and I was able to use that information to maintain my wireless system and keep it working even though at times I lost internet or power.

The agents fixed wifi connection at my home after us having issues with connecting to our network. Spent the time explaining what was possibly the cause and even helped setup our Ring camera system

The first modem and router Best Buy sold us did not work out because it did not accommodate our landline, so we returned it and got one that did. Majestic Henderson from Geek Squad installed it and made sure everything worked. He was excellent!

Christine was fantastic!! She was so expert and went above and beyond to help us! A+ customer service!!

Our home advisor Trudy asked what were we trying to do to improve our home electronics and we laid out some goals and she quickly put together ideas to accomplish what we wanted, A great service and a great advisor made for a great expeirence accomplishing what we wanted.

Had 2 tvs and router order for delivery and setup. Process from start to finish so smooth with the guys in sales and the installer. Love the new setup.

The agent installed a new router. He also checked to be sure my new computer was connected properly. He is very knowledgeable and we really appreciate the geek service at home and on the phone, also in the store. I couldn't be without it.
