Fast set up and excellent customer service. I accidentally unplugged it and when I called tech hecwas super patient and stayed on the line until it came back up (I thought I had done something to it, but it was just going through an update).

The Geek Squad representative called in advance of his arrival to confirm the location and time of the appointment, set up our Google spot quickly and left everything in working order and all set up with our network.

Pedro was awesome. He addressed our concerns for weak signal areas in our home and offered a great solution that has worked perfectly so far.

Daniel did above and beyond. He was very kind and patient and competent. . Took time to inform and be sure I understood. Scheduling was goofy as I got a email after Daniel left to tell me he was coming at 330. I had a 7-1 time slot reserved.

The Geek arrived on time, was very affable, and got our network up and running quickly. Made sure to connect all our devices and stayed to answer our questions. Have had no issues afterwards.

Kevin Stevenson connected a router and modem for me then updated TV's, phone, etc with the new name and password. Everything is working very well. He was on time, courteous, efficient, seemed knowledgeable, and pleasant.

The Geek squad members did a great job setting up my Netgear wifi system. Thanks to Mikie Linyard, Jordan Owens, & Graham. Now I have excellent reception.

Didn't quite turn out as well as I was told, but I do have the peace of mind that I can call if there are questions. They did say my wi-fi was strong & didn't need any tweaking, so maybe I was expecting more than they could do. I am still happy with the reps and the service. Computers and I just don't get along well.

They came to set up my wi fi. Unit could not be used here so these were unsuccessful trips. Very polite gentlemen, they are a credit to your store. But my only regret was for the cost of $105 which was to no avail.

The agent setup my new WiFi system in my house. He arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He quickly installed the WiFi and then made sure all of our systems were connected. Very professional and explained everything to us.

Geek squad guys figured out why our internet was so slow (weak routers and massive interference from other wifi networks in the neighborhood), and helped set up a more powerful mesh router system that fixed the issue.

Best Buy is set up to deliver top notch service! They keep you informed as to when they will arrive and everyone who has delivered service has been great!

The agent did a great job of taking care of our needs by getting our internet up and running again. He was prompt, pleasant, precise, did a great job of explaining what he did for us and cleaned up after himself.

My 5 year old Telo died. that would mean my home number would not work. I quickly compared prices online vs BB. they were the same. so i purchased another Ooma telo from Best Buy. it took me 15 minutes to set it up and then the Ooma people changed the router serial number and i was back to my 3.00 per month VOIP!

We were having trouble with our internet service and the man from the Geek Squad was honest with us and didn't try to sell us anything. The service that we get is the problem so we are now persueing another avenue.
