The agents fixed wifi connection at my home after us having issues with connecting to our network. Spent the time explaining what was possibly the cause and even helped setup our Ring camera system

After signing up for Geek Squad, we had security improved on computer and phones; also solved computer problems. Pleasant people, patient and helpful, very convenient. We also had house call to have more problems solved - excellent communication about when he would be here and again very helpful.

The geek squad were very helpful. They did a great job of setting up my wifi system and even helped with a few questions I had on the TV we purchased prior from Best Buy. They are very polite and very knowledgable!

Agents came in to setup Wi-Fi, I had everything ready and running so they didn't do much for the $99. They did get me to buy eero, which was $500. I installed eero and agents just checked to make sure it was working. Probably no more Geek Squad for me

Geek Squad member set up our home WiFi network using an eero mesh system bought from Best Buy. Wow, what a superb job he did! Would highly recommend using Geek Squad to handle complicated technology needs if you are not a techie guru.

I had the Geek Squad come to my house to professionally install the eero Home Wifi System. Very knowledgable, professional and courteous. He made sure everything was working properly before leaving and offered me suggestions on improving my home network. Now I have great wifi coverage throughout my entire house.

After the purchase of my Netgear Orbi I decided to have the Geek Squad hook it up after reading that many purchasers had problems with the setup. Chad came to my house when scheduled, handled the glitches,and made sure that all my devices were in sync. He was pleasant and instructive. I am happy I chose the Geek Squad.

Tech Service has installed a mesh router and two wall mounted TVs in the last couple of months and every time they do a great job and really do more than they are responsible for. I am glad I bought the service.

The agent helped with setting up a wifi extender. And helped us realize that the T-mobile internet we were trying to make work, doesn't work with the wifi extender we purchased.

Expert service by two youngsters with smarts beyond their years. Installation of a new rotor was done quickly and efficiently. They dpent most of their time making sure I had wi-fi service in every corner of my home. Cudos to Irelis Pimentel and Wilton Camilo.

Geek Squad arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and were able to install a new Asus mesh router that was giving me problems due to a needed software upgrade. It took them about 45 minutes to figure it out, but they eventually go it working in the entire house and it works great!
