The agent helped with setting up a wifi extender. And helped us realize that the T-mobile internet we were trying to make work, doesn't work with the wifi extender we purchased.

The Geek squad really helped me out with my wifi for the whole house they even called before hand and asked about my house and my Wi-Fi system I had purchased and recomended a different system that would suit me and my home via its size and floor plan.
