Our agent was very helpful in the areas he knew about and helped us start the process. We needed two more agents that both were very helpful and polite while they were here. Once they are gone even with the $200.00 Geek Squad plan no one in two weeks has responded to my emails or calls asking for hints or help with a few problems we are experiencing. Guess we will have to visit Best buy and get some answers.

Had Geek Squad install my Orbi to solve routing problems. Service tech was friendly, and fast at completing the installation tasks. Tech stayed on site until all of my devices were working to my satisfaction which included 3 computers, 2 iPhones, 2 iPads and 2 wireless printers. Could not ask for better service.

I was having a problem with the laptop I had recently purchased, and decided to take it to the Geek Squad. I was able to make an appointment immediately for the same day. When I had a sudden brainstorm and fixed the problem myself, it was simple to cancel the appointment online without charge.

The Geek Squad installed my wireless mash. Problem was resolved. The Greek squad setup and explained the service and I was able to use that information to maintain my wireless system and keep it working even though at times I lost internet or power.

The first modem and router Best Buy sold us did not work out because it did not accommodate our landline, so we returned it and got one that did. Majestic Henderson from Geek Squad installed it and made sure everything worked. He was excellent!

Excellent service and troubleshooting of my mesh system. After the ISP had an unplanned outage which wiped out my connection, they came back and were able to get everything back online

I really like having the same technician coming to my home who is familiar with our setup. This service was to upgrade us from AT&T DSL to Verizon WiFi. Technician was very thorough!

Works well but vey expensive. And net gear has a very expensive protection policy after the original free protection policy ends, something that wasn’t mentioned until we had a problem after ninety days.

The agent installed a new router. He also checked to be sure my new computer was connected properly. He is very knowledgeable and we really appreciate the geek service at home and on the phone, also in the store. I couldn't be without it.

Great people to work with. Fast setup. Answered all my questions and helped me with a couple of other issues. This is so much better than me fumbling around trying to get this stuff to work. I will use their services from now on. The price is cheap compared to the amount of time I would have spent . And it's done right.
