Very reasonable fee for having wifi boosters installed. The two men who arrived to do it were exceptional. Very friendly and professional! They answered all our questions and made sure we understood. I’ll definitely use this service again!

I had the Geek Squad install a internet router I had recently purchase replace very old unit. The setup was done in about half hour with my computer logged into the new net work. The person who set up the router seemed to be very competent.

Very knowledgeable person. Good communicator, a pleasure to discuss my problem with him. Also nice that he agreed with my own findings. I have a big problem with NETGEAR. I will use Best Buy’s service again when needed.

Geek Squad is great however, they only give you a am or pm time frame and that isn't easy when you work. They had to come twice because my remote wasn't working correctly. The customer service or scheduling line is not very helpful

Our home advisor Trudy asked what were we trying to do to improve our home electronics and we laid out some goals and she quickly put together ideas to accomplish what we wanted, A great service and a great advisor made for a great expeirence accomplishing what we wanted.

The work performed didn’t resolve my issues, it made my issues worse. After the techs left my system became increasingly unstable and resulted in me calling outside assistance from both EERO and AT&T. Combined I spent at least 3.5-4 hours on the phone with these entities reversing the work that the geek squad performed. I want a full refund for the services I paid for that wasn’t of any value to me and my family

The team was professional, respect and patient. It was obvious they were committed to completing the job thoroughly. They installed the system and tested every aspect before leaving.

This inhome service did not cost us anything. It was a free consultation but the person worked really hard and gave us a very sturdy solution to our drop in wifi signals. I would highly recommend them.

I have used the Geek Squad recently for technical assistance with my Sonos speakers set up and integrating other related products into my home entertainment system. Knowledgeable, on time, and courteous. The fact that BestBuy stands behind the work is an even greater incentive to utilize this service.

After he was finished we later discovered our wired devices had gone bonkers. Calibration was already scheduled for the next day and he conversed with eero installer and solver the solved the issue. Wonderful and friendly problem solving service.

Whenever I have needed an installation or some other service, Total Tech has been great. Appointments are conveniently available and the agents get their work done efficiently and correctly. This year they installed a new router and modem to replace Xfinity's equipment,
