Dom, the agent, did a great job. Had to troubleshoot an issue with the new equipment and after finding a defect ordered the replacement and installed it. Works great.

The technician that installed my Eero was terrific. He made sure everything was done tight and made sure I understood how it worked. He answered all my questions and generally went the extra mile.

Gavin did great service on our Window Lights/Wi-Fi program. However, he also promised to help us with our three TiVos. This will require addition work on his part, as some TiVos are not displaying any program information from the other TiVos. Thanks for all your assistance, Gavin!

Austin Erne set up our wifi mesh network, solving some network issues and was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend him.

We had issues with the new modem but it was because of Comcast outside wiring. Once Comcast fixed their wiring, everything from Best Buy worked great.

My agent was late but called 1/2 hour ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took a lot longer to set up my “ smart home” than I was anticipating but my agent was newer and did a thorough job making sure everything worked properly. An in-home set up was $49 with the Geek Squad membership which is a great value.

The Geek Squad agents arrived at my home on time, walked through the WiFI Eeros contracted service before proceeding , setup the units and gave me a quick tutorial on how to best use my new setup.

The technician who came to my house knew exactly what he was doing. A great job setting up our home network. Answered all my questions and gave me a lot of useful information. He even changed the settings on our tv to give us a better picture. Would definitely have Geek Squad help out again when needed.

The install went well. Configuration installed was different than the prior "in home survey" proposed. System was installed based on technical information available to the installer. I later contacted the product support staff - confirmed "survey" was correct and reconfigured the product myself. However, I have used geek squad in many other configurations and always recommend them.
