We had issues with the new modem but it was because of Comcast outside wiring. Once Comcast fixed their wiring, everything from Best Buy worked great.

Works well but vey expensive. And net gear has a very expensive protection policy after the original free protection policy ends, something that wasn’t mentioned until we had a problem after ninety days.

Great job ,sanitized everything he touched which nowadays is so important. This was first time I couldn’t get my orbi rbk50 to work in AP mode, I contribute that to att use of ariss Btw 210-700. Modem. It took some time but he got it to work.

The agent installed Eero 6 and tuned up my computer. This was the best call I have ever had with Geek Squad. The agents name was David "DK" Klingensmith, don't let him get away.
