The agents were on time. Clean and wearing masks. Spent over an hour going over all hookups, made sure I understood what they were doing and answered any questions I had without making me feel stupid.

Agent set up Euro system in the house to assure the signal from the router gets to the TV in all rooms.

Adrian was very friendly, thorough, and stayed long enough to trouble shoot all the small details. After having it set up now for a few weeks, it works so much better than what we had before.

This agent has been to my home to install TV's etc. and he is a wonderful. Works cleanly, puts booties on his feet, and is so courteous. This visit he could not assist me with an issue with wi fi because it was DSL router, but he was very apologetic.

This new NetGear equipment really needs professional installation to deal with Netgear/Comcast and home equipment. The Geek Squad/Total Tech pros really know what they are doing.

Geek squad is a great service to have if you are not savvy with this kind of technology as I’m not. Had Orbi Netgear installed and many other components to connect to it and the geek squad stayed to make sure all was up and running properly.

The install of my new equipment went great. The installer even called after he had left to make sure everything on my internet was working properly. How can you ask for anything more. As usual a great job from MY Best Buy.
