Lou and John efficiently mounted and set up three TV's. They were very knowledgeable, worked efficiently, extremely personable, and answered all our questions in a language we understood. I would request their service if needed in the future.

Fred from Geek Squad came out to help me figure out why my home WiFi system was not working. It took some time but he finally got it working. Very knowledgeable about Home WiFi systems. Haven’t had any problems since Fred got it up & running! Would highly recommend Geek Squad!

I used this appointment to get my Smart appliance hooked up to Wifi and the Geek Squad servicer was happy and able to help with that!

The installer/agent put on his shoe covers, was attentive to all our furnishings and had everything installed within an hour. He reviewed all mesh WiFi, WD My Cloud and gigabit connector as he installed them and addressed my questions without hesitation.

The tech person installed the three mesh routers, transferred all our home devices to the new system and did it effectively. We were thrilled with his excellent service.
