Great experience. Was having issues so had Geek Squad come out. Found the weak link in system and had upgrade with them. I purchased and installed on the spot….and now works as I want.

A gentleman came to my house to see what I needed for my security system and was able to tell me where I needed internet installed to support the outside cameras. The man that installed my Eero internet system did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable!

The agent, Prem Injety, was extremely helpful and his customer service skills were excellent. I had been able to correct most issues before his arrival, however, he made changes to the WiFi connections which should prevent the problems from recurring.

Jessica from Geek Squad installed a new router for our internet service. Hooke all of our devices up and gave a complete explanation on how everything works. Demonstrates fantastic customer service.

Prompt, competent, very helpful, successful except for a few small things

The individual helped me find the materials I needed to revive an older hp printer deskjet 3510. Finding ink, printer cable and multi-usb connecter along with some smart drives...

The new router we got goes in and out. We lose internet connection for a short time pretty much everyday. We never had that before. We got a new cable line run into the house so had hoped all would be good. Sad about this. Best Buy Geeks were very good but they can only do as good as the product.

The agent came inside my home wearing a mask. Was able to resolve all my issues. Connected my new printer. Connected my tv to WiFi system. Set up WiFi mesh Ecco thru out the house. Agent was knowledgeable and personable.

I was very pleased with the services provided. The squad installed the stand on the. Wall that held my 75 in tv. They also did an awesome job with the tv installation. They were very personable and professional. I'm enjoying my tv.

I used this appointment to get my Smart appliance hooked up to Wifi and the Geek Squad servicer was happy and able to help with that!

Took them awhile, but they solved the problem. They narrowed down to a faulty Centurylink modem. Which was the problem it should have never been installed as they no longer use that modem.

After deciding which rooms to place the 3 mesh Wi-Fi so that I would get the best reception, I am totally satisfied with the Geek Squad agent who did the installation

Agents installed my HomePod, Apple TV and wireless throughout my entire apartment They made it fast and easy and easy to understand

I find it is much easier and better use of my time to have the GEEK Squad come out rather than to be frustrated trying to follow some instructions on the computer that don't work in real life.

Xavier in TV system and entire crew have been great considering COVID circumstances. Install and hanging of TVs and assistance with EERO has been outstanding including follow up questions. Made total tech worth the investment.
