The camera worked for about 12 hrs. It quit at about 6pm on the day it was installed. It has not worked since. The health shows it has a dead battery. There was a solar charger installed with the camera. The camera is a ring camera.

The agents looked for every way they could think of to get better internet service for me. They were very creative and attentive in trying to come up with solutions

Agents installed new RF station and new remote to new Denon receiver and Samsung tV. Now have 1 remote that can play music outside speakers and different content inside

The install of my new equipment went great. The installer even called after he had left to make sure everything on my internet was working properly. How can you ask for anything more. As usual a great job from MY Best Buy.

The Greek Squad technician was very helpful explaining what he did and and gave recommendations for an even better mesh system experience for our home internet speed.

Took them awhile, but they solved the problem. They narrowed down to a faulty Centurylink modem. Which was the problem it should have never been installed as they no longer use that modem.

The team did a great job. Followed up post the inital visit to make sure everything was working.

The Geek Squad agent set up our new Eero Pro System with such a minimal disruption to our day. He was so efficient & professional, taking the time to answer all our questions & concerns. He suggested placement for each of the Eros so we would have maximum WiFi capability.

Technician who set up Eero mesh router did a wonderful job. might need a newer modem, but system works great. He was extremely helpful in answering my questions.
