They were friendly and professional. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. They made sure that all my TV's and computers were working fine before they left. We were very satisfied with the service.

I AM GIVING 5 STARS TO THE TECH FROM GEEK SQUAD. HE CAME TO MY HOME TO SET UP WIFI.HE WAS ONTIME; CURTEOUS; KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS QUICK, TOO. I WOULD NEVER, EVER BE WITHOUT THE BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD!!!!

Agents installed new RF station and new remote to new Denon receiver and Samsung tV. Now have 1 remote that can play music outside speakers and different content inside

Had Eero Mesh WiFi System installed by Geek Squad - he did a great job and helped us with solutions to speed up our internet. Was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, making sure we understood everything. We will definitely be using Geek Squad again.

Agents corrected my wifi problem and connected 2 additional boxes.

The agent mounted the TV where we requested & connected the boxes. He had some challenges because he found the vertical studs, but did not anticipate a horizontal beam. Also, we will have to hire an electrician to put an electrical box behind the TV instead of the dangling down the wall.

The agents installed our Google nest system. They were very professional, and knowledgeable of the instillation process. They completed the job in a timely manner, and we were very satisfied with their great customer service.

I had a network problem and certain devices kept going off line and /or would not connect. The Geek Squad diagnosed and fixed the problem. I have used the GS numerous times and I have always been extremely pleased. I highly recommend using them.

We were having a lot of problems with our wireless connection cutting out and not working properly. The Geek Squad came to our home with purchase recommendations for items which we had them install. It’s taken a few times and still not sure that things are working the way they should. Not sure if that is due to our internet provider or some other reason. At this point the Eero WiFi extender is not living up to what we thought it should be. Not seeing a dramatic improvement in internet speed. We don’t have a lot of confidence in AT &T

This was my third Geek Squad install/troubleshoot in recent months, and all have been fabulous experiences. Techs arrived on time and were super efficient in doing the installs. I'm a huge fan! (My friends are all now teasing me about my Geek Squad mania!)

Once more, the Geek Squad came to the rescue. Michael diagnosed the problem quickly and Implemented the solution on all three of my computers. He is very knowlegeable and professional.

The Greek Squad technician was very helpful explaining what he did and and gave recommendations for an even better mesh system experience for our home internet speed.

The camera worked for about 12 hrs. It quit at about 6pm on the day it was installed. It has not worked since. The health shows it has a dead battery. There was a solar charger installed with the camera. The camera is a ring camera.

Initial difficulty was expertly overcome to my satisfaction with equipment I already had available. I was able to recoup $195 on newly purchased equipment I no longer need.
