The agent got my mesh router and switch set up and explained it to me. He was good at answering any questions I had about it and gave me some tips about it's use.

Geek squad is a great service to have if you are not savvy with this kind of technology as I’m not. Had Orbi Netgear installed and many other components to connect to it and the geek squad stayed to make sure all was up and running properly.

This agent has been to my home to install TV's etc. and he is a wonderful. Works cleanly, puts booties on his feet, and is so courteous. This visit he could not assist me with an issue with wi fi because it was DSL router, but he was very apologetic.

I find it is much easier and better use of my time to have the GEEK Squad come out rather than to be frustrated trying to follow some instructions on the computer that don't work in real life.

The new router we got goes in and out. We lose internet connection for a short time pretty much everyday. We never had that before. We got a new cable line run into the house so had hoped all would be good. Sad about this. Best Buy Geeks were very good but they can only do as good as the product.

Initial difficulty was expertly overcome to my satisfaction with equipment I already had available. I was able to recoup $195 on newly purchased equipment I no longer need.

After reviewing my cell phone reception, it was noted a wifi extender would not help, so the tech changed my frequency and suggested that I get an updated modem.

Dusty was on time and worked very thoroughly and efficiently.

My tech rep showed up on the timeframe allotted. Listen to what i wanted to do, what products i wanted hooked up to my network and has it working within 30 minutes. Could not have asked for more

The agent mounted the TV where we requested & connected the boxes. He had some challenges because he found the vertical studs, but did not anticipate a horizontal beam. Also, we will have to hire an electrician to put an electrical box behind the TV instead of the dangling down the wall.

The agent properly fixed multiple problems are placed all devices on the correct WiFi designation.

The tech was on time & efficient. He was able to install the wifi using the equipment we already had. Saved us the money we paid for the new router!! NICE.
