The tech agent installed the Home Wi-Fi system and insured it was working successfully. Improved coverage throughout home dramatically. He did fantastic job explaining system to us in terms we could understand.

They were here when they said the would be and called to let me know they were coming. Had it set up and ready to go in know time. Also let me have the option to use my previous router password which I appreciated.

Had several dead spots throughout the house with a new mesh network. Tech showed up with the right equipment to determine the best places to place the mesh network equipment to cover the entire house. Dead spots are all gone now!

I depend on Geek Squad at the Best Buy store for computer issue resolution and for in-home set ups. They recently did a perfect job of setting up a new universal remote for my audio/video system. The technician did it perfectly and gave good advice.

Came to the house and reviewed with me my needs. Ordered the parts to be sent to my house. Scheduled appointment at the same time. Install went flawlessly and they showed what they did and how it works. The mesh system they installed fixed my problem.
