New WiFi wasn't working with anything already in our home. The Geek Squad tech knew just what to do to make it all work.

The tech was on time & efficient. He was able to install the wifi using the equipment we already had. Saved us the money we paid for the new router!! NICE.

I had trouble getting my second bedroom tv to work. I also had trouble starting my computer after being repaired by Geek Squad. She fixed both problems easily. Kudos to her for her professionalism and expertise.

Technicians had collaborated so that although Travis was new to my problem, Codie had filled him in, so he came with what he needed to get the problem fixed.

Geeks did a great job installing my mesh network. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied.

The Geek Technician installed the printer drive on one of our computers successfully, and repaired the printer drive on the other computer successfully. He is very knowledgeable and patient. We really appreciate him.

The Geek Squad technician arrived as scheduled and proceeded to set-up a new wireless system that allowed clean streaming of shows from online networks throughout the house. I have used the Geek Squad a couple of times and have been pleased with the service each time.

The engineer was extremely knowledgeable and guided us to the correct platform for our needs and very quickly positioned the hardware, and got the whole network up. It could not have gone better.
