They were friendly and professional. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. They made sure that all my TV's and computers were working fine before they left. We were very satisfied with the service.

The agent, Prem Injety, was extremely helpful and his customer service skills were excellent. I had been able to correct most issues before his arrival, however, he made changes to the WiFi connections which should prevent the problems from recurring.

We had Geek squad setup our new TV. This required reprograming of our Home theater system remote and updating of our home network. The geek squad set up all . Made sure it all worked and did a great job to educate my Husband and I on how to make things work. Thank you Geek Squad!!!
