The agents installed our Google nest system. They were very professional, and knowledgeable of the instillation process. They completed the job in a timely manner, and we were very satisfied with their great customer service.

Had Eero Mesh WiFi System installed by Geek Squad - he did a great job and helped us with solutions to speed up our internet. Was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, making sure we understood everything. We will definitely be using Geek Squad again.

It’s taken a few times and still not sure that things are working the way they should. Not sure if that is due to our internet provider or some other reason. At this point the Eero WiFi extender is not living up to what we thought it should be. Not seeing a dramatic improvement in internet speed. We don’t have a lot of confidence in AT &T

I had a network problem and certain devices kept going off line and /or would not connect. The Geek Squad diagnosed and fixed the problem. I have used the GS numerous times and I have always been extremely pleased. I highly recommend using them.

Adam, the GEEK SQ MEMBER, was very polite and knowlegable. He fixed a problem with my harmony sytem turning on my tv, and programed universal remote to operate same tv

Our wifi specialist was great and set up high speed internet throughout the house with no dead spots!

Had several dead spots throughout the house with a new mesh network. Tech showed up with the right equipment to determine the best places to place the mesh network equipment to cover the entire house. Dead spots are all gone now!

Cody provided excellent technical service in setting up our two WiFi systems we have in our home. His patience and technical skills are excellent.

We had the best Techs set up the WIFI, connect everything. They evaluated everything and made adjustments as needed. Austin Worrell was excellent!
