Corrected WiFi set up issues. Completed work expeditiously.

First we had two super Geek Squad guys come and install the modem plus router purchased from Best Buy. Then when our internet provider was making the operation a challenge, Geek Squad to the rescue via a live chat and interaction. Well worth the cost of buying the package.

I could have installed my new eero mesh wifi myself, but the Squad did it in half the time. Plus, they new exactly how to hook up the router and where to place the beacons to get the best signal throughout the house.

Very knowledgeable and spent time answering my questions. He didn't make me feel like my questions were unimportant. I was listed to.

When the man came to set up this set, he said it probably wouldn’t be enough for my house. Luckily he had a set of 3 that has solved our internet problems

The service person who installed the Arris router was highly qualified and courteous. However, I cancelled the installation of the Ring II doorbell because a different service person from "Install" came to my home without identification or tools to do the job.

The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable with my internet and helping set up my home mesh. Clint Barnett the tech answered all my questions and stayed and help me set up all my devices on the repaired network. Money well spent.

Im so glad I got Best Buy to set everything up for me. They set up my smart tv and routers to work together in harmony. So worth the peace of mind and these guys are so smooth. They know what they are doing. Very professional.

The Geek Squad technician who attended my home today was friendly, polite and extremely knowledge. This is the second time I have had Sing repair my lap top. In future I intend to ask for him specifically . He is a pleasure to work with.

Installers Scott and Matt installed and set up Asus GT-AX 11000 Router, Netgear 10 Gig Unmanaged switch on new attic Cat 8 cable network. They were professional, friendly and did an outstanding job.
