David was very professional, and explained everything in layman's terms so I could manage my own WIFI with my own modem and Xfinity internet. I am very happy with the results and wish I had not been afraid to take this step!

Joseph was awesome. He was very personable and willing to help in any way he could. While installing, he wanted to give us great Wifi speed but was also conscious of the cost and whether he needed everything that was ordered.

I have been reluctant (for years!) to try the Geek Squad. Usually, our TWC/Spectrum service provider would be out go-to troubleshooter, etc. Best move in ages - calling Geek Squad! Finally - we have excellent internet and safe, connected coverage in our entire home.

Agent Ron, the geek squad technician who did our network setup arrived earlier than scheduled (he called first to let us know) and did a great job explaining and demonstrating how everything worked and making sure we were satisfied with the setup. Great job!

Matt did a great job, however we are currently having internet issues. We purchased an Arris modem, nighthawk router, and the velop mesh system. Unfortunately, our internet is worse than before.

The team did a great job. Followed up post the inital visit to make sure everything was working.

The service tech installed my new mesh wifi system and taught me how to use it. He also gave me his personal cel phone number in case I had any questions. Best in home service I have ever had!
