We were having a lot of problems with our wireless connection cutting out and not working properly. The Geek Squad came to our home with purchase recommendations for items which we had them install. I could not get my node to connect to my primary router, after my internet crashed and the cable people came out to fix things. Geek squad was able to fix the problem and I'm back to fantastic WiFi coverage in my backyard and garage.

This was my third Geek Squad install/troubleshoot in recent months, and all have been fabulous experiences. Techs arrived on time and were super efficient in doing the installs. I'm a huge fan! (My friends are all now teasing me about my Geek Squad mania!)
