Outstanding service, done right the first time. The Geek Squad always get it right!

The agent set up our mesh network and was very thorough with educating us on best practices with the nodes. She never rushed us through all our questions to get out the door. Thankful we were able to learn from her!

The installation technician Matt was awesome!Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a lot of tech in your house I would highly advise getting the Totaltech plan.

The agent tested my existing home WIFI and reconfigured it so that it was faster. In short, my devices were not connected properly and were ‘competing’ with one another causing slow speeds.

The "Geek" we had, Jonathan, was professional, competent, very friendly and sincerely interested in helping us. He installed our new router and explained its' functions to us clearly.

Time was not allotted to adjust my outside ring cameras as requested and scheduled by the Geek Squad customer service. I had to end up connecting my own printer which was easy, but Products purchase at Bestbuy so plan should have covered install.

I had Geek Squad install my Velop Whole House wi-fi system. They did a great job and linked all of my wi-fi enabled smart products to this system. Very professional and very efficient installation. I love Geek Squad for installation of my Best Buy products!!!
