Geek Squad representative was timely, friendly, and performed in professional manner. I could have done the setup, but prefer a trained person setup the Wi-Fi.

The Geek Squad technician who attended my home today was friendly, polite and extremely knowledge. This is the second time I have had Sing repair my lap top. In future I intend to ask for him specifically . He is a pleasure to work with.

First we had two super Geek Squad guys come and install the modem plus router purchased from Best Buy. Then when our internet provider was making the operation a challenge, Geek Squad to the rescue via a live chat and interaction. Well worth the cost of buying the package.

Matt did a great job, however we are currently having internet issues. We purchased an Arris modem, nighthawk router, and the velop mesh system. Unfortunately, our internet is worse than before.
