The Agent installed my system in a decent time. He was vrty courtesy. And explained alot to me

The squad arrived and effectively installed the new Wi-Fi mesh system, made sure all our printers, computers, phones, pads, etc worked on it. Probably could have done it ourselves but in less than an hour it was complete.

The agent tested my existing home WIFI and reconfigured it so that it was faster. In short, my devices were not connected properly and were ‘competing’ with one another causing slow speeds.

Arron and Caleb graciously answered all of our questions and installed flawlessly. Each knew what they were doing and worked well together as a team. The team installed a whole home WIFI system. The system works great.

The service person who installed the Arris router was highly qualified and courteous. However, I cancelled the installation of the Ring II doorbell because a different service person from "Install" came to my home without identification or tools to do the job.

Great tech, worked hard to do the task. did asll the tasks necessaary for me to get online.

Visit was timely with several updates. Old TV dismounted and replaced with no problems. Setup done for all connections by courteous staff. All old material removed. Will certainly use again!

Joseph was awesome. He was very personable and willing to help in any way he could. While installing, he wanted to give us great Wifi speed but was also conscious of the cost and whether he needed everything that was ordered.

I was not ready on my end do to contractor not installing ethernet cable. Was not able to set up the router but the great thing is I was not charged a visit and am able to reschedule when my end gets ready.

The agent surveyed the entire house and showed me exactly what the problem was and how best to correct and avoid the same issue in the future

Daniel & Culin were great. They removed the old router and installed the new Netgear Router and made sure all connections to the router were in working order.

The Best Buy Wi-Fi person that came to set up my router was able to help me in so many ways regarding my Internet and Wi-Fi. He was fast and helped me fix the issues I was having for 1 year. Now my Internet is so fast and reliable I can't thank them enough!!
