Agents setup my 3 EECO nests to allow for connectivity throughout the house to include my Google video doorbells.

Travis Mason is outstanding. His assistant Jason was very good. I want Travis to do all my work.

Agent Ron, the geek squad technician who did our network setup arrived earlier than scheduled (he called first to let us know) and did a great job explaining and demonstrating how everything worked and making sure we were satisfied with the setup. Great job!

Grey, the technician was wonderful. She went above and beyond and helped with WiFi setup not only in general but also with multiple printers and other devices. I am very happy with the service.

I have been reluctant (for years!) to try the Geek Squad. Usually, our TWC/Spectrum service provider would be out go-to troubleshooter, etc. Best move in ages - calling Geek Squad! Finally - we have excellent internet and safe, connected coverage in our entire home.

Geek squad came over and in no time had the system set up running and downloading the latest software!!

David Troubleshot my Linksys nest system and reconnected the computer/ router after a power outage took them offline with the router !

After review multiple ssystems for my 4100 sq ft house and attempting to fill dead spots with extenders, we upgraded to Linksys Mesh Wifi. Couldn't be happier. Wish I had done this long ago and not wasted time and money on patchwork solutions.

The person who set up our new computer was great. He was technically sound and really knew what he was doing. He was personable, quick, and easy to talk with, explained everything he was doing, and gave us confidence in using our new computer. Great job.

Alejandro from the Geek Squad was very friendly and did a fine job of installing my new Netgear Router, solving my e-mail issues. He's a real asset to the Geek Squad. He did a fine job of explaining the Netgear router.

The Geek Squad person did a great job setting mesh up and explaining how it works. He even suggested we get Roku as our TV is old.

Our technician Chris provided awesome service. He set up our Google nest mesh WiFi system to improve our Xfinity service. Now our house has strong WiFi throughout. No more dead spots!
