Two agents came to the house right on time and set out to work immediately to install the new Google Nest router and single point. After installation, they ran a speed test that showed I was over 100 mbps throughout the house. The new router solved the problem of my Sonos Sub cutting in and out and enabled the new Samsung TV in the bedroom to turn on right away versus having to keep hitting the on button repeatedly until it would finally turn on. Both techs were professional.

The tech did a great job in setting-up our modem and router and explaining the installation procedure.

A group of 4 arrived and I initially had doubts. 2 lead members of the team took charge, showed patience and explained every step to install and test my upgraded WiFi system from Best Buy. The demonstrated and convinced me to upgrade further to a mesh network system to optimize my WiFi signal coverage. They had me I.D. the sales rep on the 1st purchase so they could follow up with them about recommending mesh systems to in store customers with issues similar to my own. Very satisfied. A win-win-win for customer, Geek Squad, and in store sales (lessons learned)...

The tech came out on time & tried to install the Netgear product but was unable to. He had a Google Nest in his truck & installed that instead. It’s working even though I had some issues hooking up my Blu sound devices. I think the tech is more comfortable working with google then Netgear but he was very patient & did his best.

The first router we purchased did not work properly, After it was installed, we discovered it would connect and disconnect from our network about every 10 seconds. After a few more problems, we finally got one working. Austin, who had been involved, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and efficient.

The agents installed the eeroWi-Fi system without a problem and gave me a few lessons re what to expect.

Charles was fantastic, he understood the problems we were having with our laptop wireless connectivity and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly.

The Geek Squad mentioned this system to me when I was having problems with my existing WI-Fi. I hesitated because I thought it was an equipment issue. Well, Geeks were right. It is terrific.

it is always great to have in home service and i wish every little thing i needed was free, but seems not to be the case

The agent that came out did a great job of getting my new Tivo operating. two others had come out earlier but could not get it going. Kyle Lackey came to install new network so as to hopefully get the downloads for my Tivo downloaded. thankfully he told me about some tech (the eero wifi system)that I did not know even existed. so I returned my linksky products and he installed the eero system and then made sure my tivo was working properly. Thanks Kyle you did a great job!

The agent checked out my existing system and quickly provided the best technical solution and implemented. It is a mix of new wireless home wi-fi (changed from DSL), along with a legacy system of wired computers etc. Agent was EXCELLENT, answered all my questions, explained what he was doing and also provided information about ways to use other Geek Squad services. This was everything I hoped for and expected from this contract.

The service techs connected are new H P Ènvy 6500e series to our new H P Envy X360 Laptop. The printer gave them a lot of trouble connecting but the stayed right on it until it was connected right, couple of hours.

Tech people were very impressive. They knew exactly what to do and doug right into the installation. There were a lot of options to consider where the pods to be placed. I knew based on their discussion, I would have never been able to do this myself. Money well spent
