The agents unpacked and installed my TV. He were very knowledgeable and they explained how my remote functioned. They made me feel so confident that I could use the features of my new TV.

CJ was the 1st person to arrive. He installed streaming on all TV's and WiFi. It all appeared to work until after he left. I tried to call him about one of the TV not being connected to the internet. I left 4 voice mail messages and never received a response or call back. Finally I called the store for an appt which was scheduled out quite a ways. The person who came did have a business card and wouldn't give me his name - only he Cory was all he'll tell me and gave his phone number. He didn't explain what he did or help me understand at all making it difficult for me after he left. I'm really not satisfied if this is how the Geek Squad does business. There needs to be more professional approach to your business.

Bought the install of a new router and modem for a friend who had a LOT of problems with her home system. The install went well and all her problems were solved. Having Geek Squad do the install was an excellent choice!

The installer was very thoughtful and thorough. He made sure everything was correct before he left. He even came back after lunch while we had to exchange the old router to a newer one.
