They came to house and set up our Orbi… something Comcast had no idea how to help us unless we wanted to rent equipment. When in doubt I go straight to Best Buy

Definitely worth the expense as I had wasted money by trying to fix poor WiFi reception on my own. I now have excellent house coverage; very fast speed; well worth the modest expense.
