Happy with the new equipment and services provided

I wasn't present at the time the work was done but my assistant was and he related that all went as well as could be expected. We have had no issues since the set up so all is most satisfactory.

Geek Squad Agent Robert corrected an incorrect install of Home WiFi system in switch to Spectrum including optimizing my eeros 6 and new Arris internet modem purchased from Best Buy.

I must admit I was nervous about having the Geek Squad set up my new computer but I was really impressed with them. Timothy Huver did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.

Geek Squad had a complicated install with lots of separate zones and did an excellent job

CJ was the 1st person to arrive. He installed streaming on all TV's and WiFi. It all appeared to work until after he left. I tried to call him about one of the TV not being connected to the internet. I left 4 voice mail messages and never received a response or call back. Finally I called the store for an appt which was scheduled out quite a ways. The person who came did have a business card and wouldn't give me his name - only he Cory was all he'll tell me and gave his phone number. He didn't explain what he did or help me understand at all making it difficult for me after he left. I'm really not satisfied if this is how the Geek Squad does business. There needs to be more professional approach to your business.

The Tech support team partnered with a computer tech support rep to configure the Orbi to work with the AT&T 1000 Fiber Optic system. It took several visits - but eventually the unit is functioning just fine!
