    Josh from the Geek Squad did a fantastic install of my new modem and Google Home WIFI setup. He knew exactly what to do and went over in details all the equipment as well as answer any questions!

    The Geek Squad agent was efficient and professional fixing my Wi-Fi connection. I have no complaints with his service.I would have given 5 stars but my appointment was cancelled two times by Best Buy before finally arriving two weeks after I scheduled the first one.

    Had the Best Buy Specialist come in to analyze our home and suggest the optimal set up and we are EXTREMELY pleased with what they suggested (offered several options w/ prices) and the install was flawless!

    The young man who set up my eero was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and set up my eero mesh system and tested it thoroughly. Well worth the price.

    We cut the cord to cable and the Zeek Squad helped us. We had a few glitches but we would highly recommend. You do need to know that you need a unlimited data plan to stream tv.

    squad was well worth the money. At least the tech I had come out. fixed me right up and was very knowledgeable and Didn't mind sharing the knowledge and gave advice along the way about other issues.
