The Geek Squad agent did a great job installing our new mesh wifi. He knew a lot about placement and performance and was done in just a few minutes. Great job!

The tech was very knowledgeable about the products and installation. He advised about non-compatibility of modem with my current setup. I appreciated that, rather than just trying to install and having issues.

Steve hooked up our antenna, modem and Amazon fire stick. He explained everything and showed us how to use it. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We are very satisfied with his work.

This was a lot of trouble to get working I had to do all my Arlo Cameras my self because The Geek Squad couldn’t get to connect But I got them so no issues on this part of the uninstall and new install.

Unfortunately Geek Squad Online, In Store and at my home could not solve the problem we had connecting a laptop to our new router. We actually did some research online and determined that the router card in both laptops are the same. One connected, the other did not. It took visiting the manufacturer of the Wi-Fi card site and downloading the latest driver instead of relying on windows 10 to find the latest. After we downloaded and installed the laptop connected. The 3 stars instead of zero is because the tech who visited us at home warned that he may not be able to solve the problem since in store and online failed. The tech provided far more service that the West LA store located at Pico and Sawtelle.

Christopher is always so helpful and knowledgeable. He explains everything in easy to understand terms and knows exactly how to fix the problem almost immediately.

I recommend unequivocally Geek Squad service. In this particular case, the tech was not only expert but friendly and willingly answered all my questions in clear terms. I not only got great service but learned a lot

Booster wasn’t working at the house. The agent replaced our old router with a new Orbi WiFi Mesh System and we Now get great coverage throughout the house. Very professional in doing so.

The geek squad did what they said they would do. On time, quick install. In an out in 20min. Unfortunately the orbi system didn't work for my home and I paid $100 for the install of it. Of course non refundable

I needed my WiFi in my home troubleshooted because there were areas not covered and they were able to identify the problem, correct the issue and get the network working correctly and efficiently within an hour

The geek squad arrived on time and immediately went to work. The entire set up of the whole house Wi-Fi system was done in a minimum of time with maximum results! They were friendly clean and got the job done.

The swrvice guy who came out was great. Unfortunately, i specifically told the person booking the appointment that i would need coax cable or ethernet run feom the first floor to the second and the do not do that. The operator wasted both my time and the technicians time but not knowing what services geek squad provided and not passing my notes along to the tech. It would be a 1 star if not for the professionalism of the tech.

Had a Geek Squad agent (Brian) come out and check out if I had my router completely set up correctly. He did a little touch up on setting it. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

I appreciated Geek Squad’s quick installation of my router and WiFi, and his patient description of both devices. He was very polite and helpful as well. Good job Best But for hiring such good people!
