The technician you sent to setup my purchase was excellent. He was patient, thorough and kind.

Tech troubleshoot and set-up my router. He discovered the issues were because previous tech from cable company connected two routers and they were cancelling each other out.

Geek guy set everything up including keeping previous ID number, so did not have to change network address and passwords for any devices. Works like a charm!

The agent took about 20 minutes trying to fix problem and it was fixed at the time and I was able to get back on my checking account but now it is doing the same thing again. Very annoying.
