We are very happy with the service the Geek Squad Agent provided. He was informative helpful and fast. Further he made sure all wireless devices were connected to the new WIFI device

The tech was excellent. He answered all of our questions and the appointment was exceptional.

We hired Geek Squad to install our new Orbi router since we are pretty clueless about tech. They did a fine job and also helped out with a new laptop we had just bought from Best Buy. Thanks to our Geek.

Unfortunately Geek Squad Online, In Store and at my home could not solve the problem we had connecting a laptop to our new router. We actually did some research online and determined that the router card in both laptops are the same. One connected, the other did not. It took visiting the manufacturer of the Wi-Fi card site and downloading the latest driver instead of relying on windows 10 to find the latest. After we downloaded and installed the laptop connected. The 3 stars instead of zero is because the tech who visited us at home warned that he may not be able to solve the problem since in store and online failed. The tech provided far more service that the West LA store located at Pico and Sawtelle.

Big Joe and Eddie were great technicians. They solved our problems and they are great to work with.

They are always helpful, no matter what. The only problem is to get an appointment with your nearest store as per your required time and date.

I love my 55" Sony Smart TV. A technician calibrated it for me so that everything looks REAL. It is very tempting to sit for hours watching cable, library DVDs and Netflix, but I know I have to get up and move.
