This was the agent 3rd visit to complete the last few issues we were having. Even though he was unable to install a product that fit our needs, he was responsive and diligent in trying different solutions.

This was a lot of trouble to get working I had to do all my Arlo Cameras my self because The Geek Squad couldn’t get to connect But I got them so no issues on this part of the uninstall and new install.

It took four visits to get all the components of the sound system to work together. Each visit from the Geek Squad got the system closer to completion. They never gave up!!

The agents installed 3 Linksys towers but my internet service is still slow. I expected much faster speed with the system of 3 Linksys towers. I’m disappointed.

Tech troubleshoot and set-up my router. He discovered the issues were because previous tech from cable company connected two routers and they were cancelling each other out.
