Eric was tremendous, couldn't ask for any more than him. He did the install and couldn't do enough for me, asking me when he finished if there was anything else he could do. The install was great, the wifi is great! Glad i made the decision to upgrade my wifi and get it from Best Buy, wouldn't have bought anywhere else, being a total tech member really pays off with not only installs but also with computer tune-ups.

This was 4th service because it took 3 service calls to get the correct outside contract in for the 1st project. This time was inhouse geek squad. Night and day. This guy took such good care, shuffled orders around while at the house to take care of us in 1 call. Corrected first "outside" contractors misinformation and left the job improved and complete! Couldn't have been happier.

Excellent efficient installation with complete explanation of unit and operation. Assisted with proper locations throughout house in most efficient locations. Service was scheduled and completed quickly. Very appreciative of Gary's efficiency in scheduling.

Once all the components arrived and a licensed electrician completed his work, all components from Best Buy were installed in one visit by the BEST Geek Squad employee I have or ever hope to meet!

Geek Squad staff are the best. Fixed my AT&T router problem that was having trouble connecting to 2.4GHz Apps. They can fix anything.

The geek squad replaced our Wi-Fi boosters and our signal is back to being strong and dependable. Two great people did the work. They were efficient and knowledgeable. We hire geek for all our technology needs and have never been disappointed.

I'm the sort of person who likes to assemble things for themselves. And I'm not adverse to reading the instructions. Still, you can't know everything (where would you put it?), so I elected to have the Geek Squad set up my new super alien crunching router and set up my new UFO blasting armor plated Roku streamer. He did it all in no time and was extremely patient and helpful explaining all of their assorted features and capabilities. For sheer stress relief, it was absolutely worth the fee. I'm through giving myself brain damage setting up stuff.

Glenn did an awesome job connecting our new modem and EERO system and getting it set to function perfectly for our home and uses. He answered all of our questions and even arranged with our local ISP for return of their old and outdated modem and made sure all charges for that modem were dropped as of a certain date. Wonderful job!

Tech who came out to set up my wiFi system was very clean, courteous and competent.

Fast and efficient! Yet, took the time to explain the system, taught me how to use it and treated to make sure all was working correctly.

Not super tech savy, It's good to have someone that you can trust to install new tech. Quick and efficient. Very professional and informative.

Paddy converted our telephone, television, & sound system from Mediacom to Tmobile. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the steps plus explained the funcions necessary for us to use everything. He was pleasant and was able to answer our questions in terms that we could understand. Thanks Paddy

I had someone come out to setup a new modem/ router. It ess purchased from T /Mobile , and not Best Buy. The person was a little skeptical, but , was able to set everything up in about 30 minutes.

The service in my opinion was very professional throughout from the beginning to the end of the installation process
