It was fixed but now is happening again.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent took about 20 minutes trying to fix problem and it was fixed at the time and I was able to get back on my checking account but now it is doing the same thing again. Very annoying.

New Router Instlled.
