I fully expected the process to take at least an hour and anticipated it to be difficult. That would have been the case if I had done it. The Geek Squad did the job in a half hour and set up our new WiFi system with no hitches.

Mylow score was not because of the geek squad who came out. They were very pleasant and efficient. My complaint is the store personnel were deceptive about what they were assigned to do. I told the salesperson I was worried that I wouldn't be able to put together all I had bought and get started on all my new equipment. I asked if the Geek squad could help. She said yes and set it up. Apparently, the definition of "set up" is "connect the router. Not what I was asking for in the store. If it was impossible, she could have told me.
