Geek Squad rocks! They were very professional and took the time to explain everything.

I ordered the geek squad to hook up a new modem i got from ATT and a wireless router I git at Best buys. They did a great job. I would still be trying to hook it up my self 3 weeks later.

Did what needed to be done. Got the job done as quickly as they could.

Very good customer service and assisted as needed and beyond to address most of my concerns. It would have been great if he had shown me how to set up a hidden Wi-Fi network as well.

The agent came in and set up the Netgear Nighthawk router and helped us make sure that we could stream onto our smart TV.

John is very knowledgeable. Both were very nice and professional. Working with the phone help is unfortunately a very different case.
