The Geek Squad experts set up a new router for our home network. This change improved our wireless speed for all the devices we have in our home.

The Geek Squad set up our TV and system. They did a great job and were very polite and helpful. They answered a lot of questions we had about the system.

We bought this tv for our son and paid $229.99 for it. He said that the picture is far better than his larger Sony tv, which cost many times more. It is brighter with a sharper picture.

The agent that came to the house did all she could do but it wasn't my router. I told the tech on the phone when I called but I think he didn't understand me when I set up the appointment. I'm still having problems!
