The tech showed up on time and that is why you got 1 star. There isn't anything lower. I explained to the tech about why I was getting a private address instead of a public address, I also explained about double nat and dhcp. From the look on his face I could tell he didn't know what I was talking about and then told me that he was a home theater expert. Why would you send a home theater guy instead of an internet specialist, which is what I was expecting. He was here for about 15 or 20 minutes and declared everything was working ok. Then told me to have a nice day and left. $180 dollars for nothing.

My router was knocked off of the shelf which resulted in loss of Internet. I tried for three weeks to get it to work. The young lady from geek squad had it working again within minutes.

Great problem solving of install in difficult area

Jon did a great job reviewing my Internet modem/router service and tying it in with RING, purchased previously at Best Buy. Still a little tweaking to do and he will finish it next week.

Not being the most tech savvy person, it was worth the money to have the experts at Geek Squad set up my new router. It saved me time and the possibility of screwing it up. I also have 24/7 tech help for a year.

Agent was knowkedgeable and consistently let me ask the questions to be addressed.

The mesh wifi setup was done well and in short order. I would have liked a little more explanation as to the optimum placement of the router elements which would have given me even more confidence the best placement had been chosen.
