The Agent set up my mesh network in multiple locations and tested the system. The system worked perfectly.

I had the same exact issues with connecting to the network with the one newest Windows 10 OS. The Geek Squad team has again resolved the issues. The only drawback is why this happened twice with a month and, I had to pay for two service trips.

My home wifi works very good. I only have one concern. The two units run very warm which did not happen to my old unit. I am concerned that this will affect the units as it ages.

I purchased the AArris modem and scheduled back on July 10 an installation. They could not do until July 29 on July 26 I got an email to do a prep which I did. Then on July 28 they sent an email that I needed to schedule my appointment which was already scheduled for the 29th. Having no luck with your stupid system I went out to the best buy store. Went to the geek squad counter and explained the problem to them. They looked it up on there computer and saw it was scheduled for the 29th but I needed to reschedule because they had NO ONE to do the service. So they scheduled for August 5. It came and a teck person came and looked at it and tried to install the WiFi and could not. He went outside called someone then came back inside and said he would be back in the afternoon or tomorrow with a laptop. Needless to say I was very angered by this. I took everything out to best buy and told the manager my problem and wanted a refund on everything which he understood and gave me my refund. If they had a quarter of a star that is what I would give!

Your Geek Representative - sorry I don't remember his name - was here on 7/3 to install our modem/router. He was a wonderful person and tech. Very professional, polite, and efficient. Thank you!

Full wi-fi coverage over a large building for the first time in 5 years. Installers were diligent in placement and testing, offered some great tip in the process. Very satisfied.

The agent "fixed" my printer by changing something on the computer. The printer now works like new.
