I had the same exact issues with connecting to the network with the one newest Windows 10 OS. The Geek Squad team has again resolved the issues. The only drawback is why this happened twice with a month and, I had to pay for two service trips.

Geek Squad is always great. They won't quit till they get it right. I've got TONS of IoT and was worried I'd have issues with something and the new router so opted to call the geeks. Great move!

Hard to give a fair review. We were told by some experienced service people and a review of current research that Mesh routers were the way to go in certain homes and constructions. Because of our WiFi connection problems in Northern Westchester, we purchased one and had tremendous follow up by Best Buy in home service. What is the result? Well, Mesh routers do not seem to help very much in AREAS where Wifi is a problem. It many cases dropped WiFi has nothing to do with construction of your home but more to do with signal in your area. So, although Mesh helped a bit, we are still experiencing problems. Would I purchase it knowing what I do now. Yes!

The mesh system is phenomenal! The Tech, Corey, was on time, knowledgeable and very thorough! Best Experience with in home setup ever!

WiFi keeps dropping off my computer in a different room. Also kept freezing during a Zoom call shortly afterwards forcing us to continue via a phone call instead.

The agents removed the old TV and mounting bracket, installed the new bracket and tv, and hauled away the old tv and bracket.
