I returned computer, Geek gave me ER/STAT FAKE date then after I paid a huge fee, their ER for me to speak with my son in service, they SAID, oh, we can't help you until over 3 weeks from now. I found a tech who could come out that night, he fixed my old Dell computer & GEEK was not needed. They were not helpful. Rude. Lied to me. After a fight with American Express, they did credit my account about a month later. In the past, they were nicer, had fair service, & this time were just a failure.

I was satisfied with the work he did til the next day a couple of the old problems re-surfaced. He encouraged me to call if I need help. He gave me his phone number
