Geek squad person arrived on time and spent a good amount of time setting up a new WiFi router. Took extra time to assist in re-setting multiple items to the new WiFi.

They did the wi fi set up - setting up the velop. A username & password was set up however it was for the velop not the modem/router and would have been nice to know there was a difference.

The agent was to connect my router to my modem. The modem (Comcast) twice would not work. I had to replace the Comcast modem by the time I got it replace I have yet to reschedule the agent

The technician was knowledgeable and didn't attempt to try and fix something he knew a new motherboard is needed.
