The agent installed my wi fi quickly and put all my instruments to include my printer in the network! Best Buy is well represented by this individual!

Geek Squad replaced our home wi-fi system with a new system using Eero equipment. We are happy with the ease of installation and the trouble-free performance of the product.

I returned computer, Geek gave me ER/STAT FAKE date then after I paid a huge fee, their ER for me to speak with my son in service, they SAID, oh, we can't help you until over 3 weeks from now. I found a tech who could come out that night, he fixed my old Dell computer & GEEK was not needed. They were not helpful. Rude. Lied to me. After a fight with American Express, they did credit my account about a month later. In the past, they were nicer, had fair service, & this time were just a failure.

Geek squad hooked up my new Google Mesh - excellent job. Checked all my devices and appliances that run on apps to make sure everything was working properly - Highly recommend

They fixed my harmony universal remote, I didn't even have some of the things they kinda needed but they worked around it and took great care of me.

The agent was to connect my router to my modem. The modem (Comcast) twice would not work. I had to replace the Comcast modem by the time I got it replace I have yet to reschedule the agent
