Mounted tv and made sure the cables were placed appropriately and neat

I called to schedule Ethernet port installation and confirmed this while on the phone after noticing they created the ticket under WiFi installation. I even confirmed with the Geek Squad agent before he made the hour trip to my house , only for him to show up and state that he did not have the equipment on the truck to do so. I canceled the request and was refunded my $180 and I am so glad I did. I watched a 4-minute YT video and purchased a $10 Ethernet port kit for Amazon and did the installation myself in 5-minutes. Don’t waste your time with Geek Squad.

Agent changed out old router. Set up new router and two satellites then made sure all devices worked properly. Great service

Hi the router is working. However the tech, Aaron didn’t set up the NetGear App for me. I can’t do it, so I can’t manage the router settings or be sure all my devices get scanned etc.

The installer did a very thorough job of installing the router. He explained everything well and even fixed a few connection problems I was having. I highly recommend this service.
