    They gave the Geek Squad the wrong address, he came to complete his mission even though it was out of his district. he was very knowledgeable and helped us get our wifi set up and going.

    Purchased the Orbi system. For years, I have struggled with Wi-Fi throughout my home. Finally four floors, garage and outdoors are accessible. Thank you geek squad. Orbi and best buy

    Hi the router is working. However the tech, Aaron didn’t set up the NetGear App for me. I can’t do it, so I can’t manage the router settings or be sure all my devices get scanned etc.

    They did the wi fi set up - setting up the velop. A username & password was set up however it was for the velop not the modem/router and would have been nice to know there was a difference.

    Geek squad person arrived on time and spent a good amount of time setting up a new WiFi router. Took extra time to assist in re-setting multiple items to the new WiFi.
