    Agent got programs up and running again and connected the backup device and connected the printer again. He was very efficient and did not take very long to complete his task. Very pleased with his service for the Geek Squad.

    wifi extenders are already becoming obsolete and the pods are taking over, but the Geek Squad guy still helped me get the most out of my wifi extender!!

    Very friendly, however, the changes he made it even more difficult. He changed the way my digerati had it set up and it didn’t work. I had to get the guy that maintains my computer needs to come out and set everything right. The guy that came out from the Geek Squad was extremely friendly, however, i don’t think he knew what he was doing. Whatever, it didn’t work.
