    The GEEK squad member that came to my resiidence not only tuned my WiFi network, but took the time to explain what and how he was fixing/tuning it and explained where I had made my mstakes

    Service with fantastic! They put a security camera up an hour backyard! The only problem with it is the battery is already needs recharging!

    The recommendation to have a tech come out and set up the ORBI network was good as the setup we had was not very efficient and needed an extender. I did not have the knowledge to do this myself. The tech was very good at getting things set up quickly.

    Though two agents tried to fix my Wi-Fi connection - neither one could. A Geek Squad person will be coming to my home. Wish it could have been sooner - need to wait until November 2.

    First of all they mounted my 65 inch Samsung to the wall; excellent position to watch.Also hooked up our new blu ray player and explained features on both items.
