The geek team that delivered my new tv and router system was great. On time, considerate, set up my new router system with a mesh system that now works throughout my home, tv, computers with ease. Showed me how everything worked, and then took all boxes, wrapping and even vacuumed the styrofoam chips up. All that in about 90 minutes. I couldn’t have ask for a better team.

The geek squad technicians were very knowledgeable and they have done an excellent job with installing our wi-fi and organized the panel neatly! They were courteous and professional and taught me how to manage the devices on the app.

The techs installed everything and took the time to make sure it was working correctly. They didn't rush thru things and made sure my husband understood what they did. I don't really like where they put one of the devices but that is where my husband told them to put it and so it's not their fault. It just looks sort of cheesy where it is at.

The agents installed my network boosters (I really don’t know what they are called, that’s why I didn’t install them!) in three rooms to improve the performance of my Internet. They were a great team, very helpful with answering my questions and getting the installation done quickly.

I had a "mesh" router installed and it solved a lot of problems we were having with internet reception. No more slow downs and weak connections!!! Yeah. The Geek squad that helped with the install did a great job, so much so that I recommend our agent for a raise, and if that's not possible, please give him a pat on the back...he was from the Spartanburg, SC Best Buy.

Luis did an outstanding job! He was able to discover that 2 of the wires were installed backwards on the wall mounted speaker control, which is why it wasn't working. He was able to quickly install the speaker selector and my speakers work great! He was on time, polite and courteous, and explained how to operate the speaker selector. Thank you Luis!

After 3 years of poor reception I finally bought the Goggle mesh system with three beacons and main one. The technician was about half an hour early which was good for me. He went right to work and knew where to place beacons. It was done quickly and I have strong service throughout my home. My problem was, I have a brick home and plaster walls. I am thrilled to have it working.

Wi-Fi set up with William to replace 5-7 year old modem and router met all expectations, once the router arrived by mail. Just difficult to get a timely appointment. It's been about three weeks, and everything works great.
