I was hesitant to pay for Geek Squad setup as I figured I should be able to do it myself. But I ended up buying it and I was so happy I did it! The service was excellent! The technician even gave me his business card and told me to call him direct if I had any questions! He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely use them again!

The agent arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. It was obvious that he was knowledgeable and tried multiple options to get my WIFI extender mesh system operating properly but was not successful. After discussing the issue with several coworkers via phone that extenders wouldn’t operate properly with the Cox Gateway router and modem even though a previous Geek Squad tech who came out to the house recommended I purchase the Erro 3 mesh system. I ended up returning the Erros. I had to purchase two Cox WIFI extenders which resolved the signal issues.

The agent installed my my new Eero wireless system efficently and effortlessly. When I had a small problem, he returned the next day and fixed it. Geek Squad agents are so good at their jobs.

Had a member of the squad install an eero pro 6 at the home. Outstanding service and professionalism. The set up of this system is easy with hindsight because the squad knows exactly what they are doing. He took the time to explain everything and helped make sure all items in the house were connected.

Our Geek Squad technician Gavin provided us with excellent customer service. Gavin was very professional, Courteous and explained everything in detail. He was able to get our new system up and running in less than 1 hour. I would highly recommend Gavin for future service.

Leandro is a rock star. Highly knowledgeable and efficient, he's also a great listener who makes sure to respond to the customer's needs.

Jeremy checked my units and replaced my receiver, set up my Roku, carefully explained how things work and even wrote notes for me to refer to if I need to refresh my memory. He was WONDERFUL to work with!!

Ken is amazing. He is quick, polite and very knowledgeable. The Geek Squad has been nothing but impressive all the times I have used their services from setting up an eero webnet to transferring data from an old system to setting up email accounts and our Sonos system.

As usual in my experience, a great install of my system. I have used the Agents in the past and have always been very pleased with the results. I am a long time customer of Best Buy and have utilized them in various locations around the country. In my opinion, the Davenport, IA store is one of the very best in their entire system of locations and employees.

The geek squad person installed my modem/router very efficiently! He went above and beyond explaining everything to me! He also directed me how to connect with the best internet provider to get optimum performance. I can’t say enough positive things about his service!

Geek Squad installer arrived on time and was very efficient and knowledgeable about set up,of my new WiFi system. He worked thru set up professionally making sure I understood all aspects of the install and operation of the equipment. He suggested setup locations and helped me build a better password for system. I was completely pleased and satisfied with the setup process.

The agents were efficient. Also, they explained how the device they added would support my modem from my carrier. Awesome client service!

As I am still evaluating if the eero i purchased are worth it. I have found out that they restrict some of my emails. Come tofind out there tech service does not even know that the eeros restrict some emails. I called for tech service on my computer, i get remote service since i have Totaltech service. I spent the day with supposed tech experts and they did not know that eeros restrict some emails that they feel could be dangerous, mostly emails thaat are from foreign countries. I kept telling ssome of the , supposed experts that the problem started weeks ago and i realized after i went to You Tube that the eeros restrict some emails, i am a novice at IT , thats why i pay for Totaltech service, now i find the Totaltech service has a bunch of novices that are inept. All they had to do was go to You Tube and they could have learned how to fix the problem. Again i found out about checking with You Tube , I thik the experts just did not want to check with someone who could have fixed the problem, again i was on the phone with at least fpur different tech experts and they all said problem was caused by ATT. They kept me all day and did not fix and i kept on researching and found out about You Tube had answer.

excellent workers excellent installation, at one time this was included in membership now have to pay extra quite expensive.

The Geek Squad Agents were very professional and resolved my home Wi-Fi issue very quickly. They are very good at what they do. Having Total Tech Support is like having my work IT Department at my house. I am very pleased with their work and now I have a very strong Wi-Fi System throughout my large house.

Not only was my tech very knowledgeable about my printer and the installation, but about my network and wi-fi. He fixed everything that was messing my system up and gave me pointers on how to keep it running error free. Thank you!
