    When they installed the wifi eero, it was a complicated process. They plugged it in and got it working... but they didn't explain how they would, could, or should work. So, only after they left did I learn that when my eero was connected, my router wifi disconnected, and vice versa! They should not only correctly install them, but teach the recipient how to use them effectively.
