They answered all of my questions and made sure everything was up and running to my satisfaction before leaving.

In home WiFi set up

Only our HP Win 10 PC, ended up under Wifi - -
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Win 10 version ended up with WiFi connection to the new HP printer. and USB connection also (the USB cable from the Win 7 PC was unhooked and the USB cable from the Win 10 PC was connected). The Win 10 had both WiFi and USB access to the new printer. I ended up with a 2nd Canon printer which I hooked up to the Win 7 with it's USB cable. Anyway, I now am back to where I began about 2 mos ago - - 2 PC's and 2 printers. This Geek Squad effort followed a Tech2U effort a couple of weeks before.
