excellent workers excellent installation, at one time this was included in membership now have to pay extra quite expensive.

The agent arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. It was obvious that he was knowledgeable and tried multiple options to get my WIFI extender mesh system operating properly but was not successful. After discussing the issue with several coworkers via phone that extenders wouldn’t operate properly with the Cox Gateway router and modem even though a previous Geek Squad tech who came out to the house recommended I purchase the Erro 3 mesh system. I ended up returning the Erros. I had to purchase two Cox WIFI extenders which resolved the signal issues.

Ed and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable which allowed them to install my new Wi-Fi in a very short period of time and it works perfectly. Hopefully it will continue to do so. I thank them both very much.

Gave me my Wi-Fi back with in minutes also I told them I wanted to get rid of my computer,I mostly use my I Pad. They were kind enough to un plug the appropriate cords. I was very appreciative. I did yearly contract with them My wi-fi comes from printer. Thank-full for their visit. Vicki Coghill

Came out to move my wifi frm the basement to main level. Our wifi is old so it didn't make much difference. However...the Geek Squad employee was soo professional, smart, courteous, friendly and very intelligent. Explained things in such a way we could totally understand. Superb!

The Geek Squad member installed a new router to service desktop, laptop, and printer to wifi throughout the house. It was done with dispatch, and tested to ensure proper operation. The individual was very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with how it us working.

Frank Zapella was the tech from the GeekSquad who came to my house to install my T-Mobile Internet for me. I would have never been able to connect it up myself. He knew what he was doing and only once he referred to the manual and that was for a serial number. When the installation was completed Frank asked me to restart my laptop. He answered all my questions without any hesitation. And he reinsured me that if and when I move from Manchester NJ to Toms River NJ etc., that he or any of the other techs would not have to re-program my T-Mobile modem. Frank dserves a 5 star review. He is without a doubt an asset to the GeekSquad.

The agent installed our new Spectrum modem and then the eero routers we had purchased at Best Buy. It all went very smoothly and the Geek Squad agent arrived when expected.

Geek squad was terrific. They set up our new system easily, answered all of our random questions, were super patient and noted all of our network information on a master sheet. We never felt rushed and they explained things in a clear and concise way. Totally worth it.

Never been thrilled with the concept of time windows, but once the technician got here, he knew what he was doing. Got the problem solved so quickly that I felt foolish that I had needed help. Also, there was a cost on top of membership, which I thought was a little steep.

The agent was able to setup the new extended WiFi equipment, resolve some conflicts with the cable modem and extend the range and speed so that it can support an outside TV with streaming video. He went out of his way to make sure all the existing devices still were signed on and working before he left. Best $99 I ever spent!

I moved into a new house and move my existing router and hub. I also had AT&T fiber installed which came with its own router. I'm generally able to set this up, but I kept running into a problem. The Geek Squad guy came in and was able to figure it out very quickly. Now I'm up and running smoothly.

The guy who came looked over everything I had done and said everything was good and then gave us suggestions as to why we were still having issues, mostly from spectrum. Really appreciated all he did and his insight on how to make it better!

I love having the Geek Squad service. As a senior I don't have the ability to fix all the things I need fixed, especially technology. They are always on time and get the job done fast. When my technology goes down, I can't get anything done. I don't know how I functioned before Alexa. Thank you Geek Squad!

Our tech, Kyle, was very professional, skilled and polite. He provided us with good service for the time he was with us and then taught us to use what we had purchased. We would have him come anytime we purchase electronics for Best Buy.

Quick and easy installation. Our installer was on time and very patient and efficient. He answered all of my questions and even offered suggestions to help make my Arlo security system work better. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend the in home installation as it took all of my worries away.

The tech came with a helper and had a tough time getting to the old modem. They untangled wires and determined what they had to do . After all this they started the new install. Completion was soon. After they proved their work they ask me to step in for detailed information on how it was to perform and lift me with a great experience that I would recommend to anyone. The tech was superior!
