  • Only our HP Win 10 PC, ended up under Wifi - -

    The Win 10 version ended up with WiFi connection to the new HP printer. and USB connection also (the USB cable from the Win 7 PC was unhooked and the USB cable from the Win 10 PC was connected). The Win 10 had both WiFi and USB access to the new printer. I ended up with a 2nd Canon printer which I hooked up to the Win 7 with it's USB cable. Anyway, I now am back to where I began about 2 mos ago - - 2 PC's and 2 printers. This Geek Squad effort followed a Tech2U effort a couple of weeks before.

    Had difficulty with the Ring. But it was a faulty product. They made extra trips to make sure the product was working correctl.
