    I had a Geek squad agent come out to my house and made a noble attempt to set up my thermostats. Was unable to complete at the time and even supervisor tried to help but was able to set me up with another appointment.

    Our Orbi wasn’t working and Geek Squad figured out it was being blocked by our cable provider sgnal. Great job!

    Agent mounted and installed everything, Batteries did not come fully charged so had to charge them before the system worked, which cause a few issues after the fact

    I had some reservations about the compatibility of RIng devices, Frontier TV and my new WIFI. They answered all of my questions and made sure everything was up and running to my satisfaction before leaving.
