    The tech got my computer to talk to the printer but did not get Office installed correctly on my desktop computers or get one of them to run at all.

    did not explain everything that lap top can do. maybe he thought that i knew what to do and how to get where i needed to go. i had an 11 year old hp desktop and how things have changed in that amount of time now that i have a hp laptop and went wireless. if you think that you can do it all by your self then go for it. if not call them and ask many questions. i am 64 and still learning but i can go far figuring a lot of thing out myself
